Culture and Customs: Bali is predominantly Hindu, and the island is rich in cultural traditions and customs.
Respect for local customs, such as dressing modestly or using a sarong when visiting temples and participating in ceremonies, is essential.
Weather: June is generally a good time to visit Bali. However, occasional showers are still possible, so it's advisable to pack lightweight rain gear just in case.
The entry requirements for Bali includes a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry and a visa depending on your nationality. US, UK, and Canadian passport holders typically receive a free tourist visa upon arrival, allowing stays of up to 30 days.
Health: Consider taking health precautions according to your doctor before traveling to Bali.
Currency and Payments: The official currency of Bali is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). While major credit cards are accepted at many hotels, restaurants, and larger establishments, it's advisable to carry some cash for smaller purchases and transactions in local markets.
Travel insurance is mandatory for every participant in the Bali experience.
Your experience covers everything listed in the itinerary, including transportation, tours, accommodation, and the complimentary welcome dinner. Anything outside the itinerary and other personal expenses will be covered by you.
Your room is shared, and you'll meet your "Bali Mate" who you will meet on our virtual mixer and our private WhatsApp group.
The Jolley way is fun, vibrant, kind and good energy.
We trust that everyone on this trip will embody that spirit so that we all have a generally bright experience.
