These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to online bookings you make on this website. Please read it carefully prior to booking your flight. Gojolley will not be held accountable for any oversight

 
  • All experiences are not inclusive of flights. Gojolley trips cover accommodation, activities and full transportation only. Where applicable, some meals will be covered and this is indicated on the country booking page.

    The trip cost is on a shared room basis which means you will be paired with another trip participant in one room based on fit. Every traveler is properly vetted and matched. You will also have a chance to meet other travelers before the trip in a private group. If you prefer to stay in your own room, please reach out to us and we can make that happen at an additional cost.

    All trips are priced in USD.

  • We understand that sometimes travel plans change, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following information carefully.

    Deposit payments are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another trip of your choice. The deposit payment confirms your trip and guarantees your spot. This payment goes directly towards the total trip cost.

    If you decide to cancel your travel arrangements, please note that you may lose part or all of the money you have paid. The amount of the refund or credit you receive will depend on when you cancel.

    If your trip start date is in more than 6 months, you will receive a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit fee.)

    If you cancel and your trip is in less than 6 months, you can transfer your balance towards a future trip with Gojolley. Between 6 months and 90 days, your full balance can be transferred to a future trip.

    If you cancel between 60 and 90 days before your trip departure, you can transfer your payments as a credit towards a future trip with Gojolley, subject to availability. However, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid (after the deposit), and the remaining 70% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

    If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before your trip departure, you can transfer your payments as a credit (less 50% of the trip value) towards a future trip with Gojolley. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

    If you cancel less than 30 days before your trip departure, the cancellation fee will be equal to the full booking value, and no refund or credit will be issued.

    Please note that if a trip is already sold out, there will be no refunds available. You will only be able to transfer your payments as a credit towards a future trip with Gojolley, subject to availability.

    Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed.

  • At Gojolley, we want to make travel accessible to all and this is why we have payment plans in place so you can make convenient monthly payments towards a future trip. Please note that every arrangement should be upheld and in the case where you are unable to make a monthly payment as planned, please write to Gojolley as soon as possible and we can work out other options for you.

    If your payment is more than 30 days late without prior notice in writing, you will be charged a 10% late fee in addition to your monthly payment.

  • The safety of all our travelers is paramount. At Gojolley, we continue to monitor the situation of every country on our destination list and inform travelers on any changes.

    If a country is deemed unsafe to visit or travel restrictions make it impossible, Gojolley will reschedule the date to a future one. Travelers will be given the option to accept the new dates or apply the payments towards a credit to be redeemed on any Gojolley trip (payment difference, if applicable, to be made by traveler).

    In the event where Gojolley cancels the trip, travelers will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund (minus payment deposit) will be issued.

    We keep the communications line as open as possible and do not make any changes without informing our travelers. Remember, one of our watchwords and core values is Integrity.

  • While we hope to always fulfil every carefully curated activity on our trips, sometimes it is necessary for us to make changes in the best interest of our travelers. For example, due to weather or operational issues. In any case, travelers will always be informed and provided with alternate solutions.

    If a trip has to be delayed due to COVID or other unforeseen situations, we will reschedule and book you into the new dates. If those new dates don’t work, you have the option for a full credit towards a future trip with Gojolley.

    For any trip cancelled by Gojolley, we will issue you a full credit towards a future trip or a refund. Any expenses incurred while preparing for the trip will not be borne by Gojolley.
